  1. SWEATING

To perspire, especially freely or profusely.

 

2. INSOMNIA

Inability to obtain sufficient sleep, especially when chronic; difficulty in falling or staying asleep; sleeplessness.

 

3. LACK OF PATIENCE

Eager desire for relief or change; restlessness.

 

4. OVERTHINKING

To spend more time thinking about something than is necessary or productive.

 

5. AVOIDANCE

The act of avoiding or keeping away from.

 



 

6. STOMACH ISSUES

Abdominal pain especially when focused in the digestive organs.

 

7. CONSTANT WORRYING

To torment oneself with or suffer from disturbing thoughts; fret.

 

8. PANIC ATTACKS

An intense attack of anxiety characterized by feelings of impending doom and trembling, sweating, pounding heart, and other physical symptoms.

 

9. MEMORY ISSUES
